The unique Oak Honey «high nutritional value, is collected in the wider area of oak forest of Foloi with its huge broad-leaf oak trees from mid June until late August. After collection – harvest the honey is filtered and packaged in an interval of no more than one month from its collection directly in glass jars, then stored in dark, dark, dry and in a place with a constant low temperature, ready to be consumed as offered by the rich Greek nature.
