PERSONAL DATA

A prerequisite for the start of the transaction between us is the disclosure by you of certain personal data. When you place an order, you will be asked for your full name, the address to which the products will be shipped*, your landline phone number (or any other phone number you wish), your email address and, if you choose to pay by credit/debit card, the number and expiry date of your credit/debit card.

TRANSACTION SECURITY

Your payments, such as your credit card number, name and address, are made through the secure environment of Piraeus Bank, so that they cannot be read or changed through your personal orders.


PRODUCTS FOR SALE


The products available for sale are bee queens and bee colonies.

Usage information and details on how to use them are available on our website and can be found by following the browsing instructions and selecting the specific product.

All products are subject to 13% VAT, .


METHODS OF PAYMENT


For your convenience, our online store offers you the following payment method:

  • By bank deposit to the PIRAEUS BANK account


Finally, you can choose whether your payment will be made by receipt or invoice. The invoice is issued to farmers, companies and freelancers who will fill in the following information when ordering:

Company name, VAT number, tax office and profession for self-employed persons.

 

Shipping & Guarantee Terms

All queen bees are shipped in special cages with attendants and feed to ensure their safe transport.
While we take every precaution to prepare and dispatch queens in excellent condition, responsibility for transport passes to the courier company once the parcel is handed over.

Our company cannot be held responsible for any losses, delays, or queen deaths caused by:

  • courier mishandling or extended transit time,

  • exposure to extreme temperatures, or

  • delayed pickup by the customer.

If any queens arrive dead upon delivery, the customer must notify us within 24 hours and provide clear photographic evidence.

Replacements, when applicable, apply only to the value of the queens and not to the shipping costs, which remain the buyer’s responsibility.
During the months of July and August, replacements are not available due to high summer temperatures and the increased risk during transport.

For international orders, parcels are first handed to Geniki Taxydromiki (Greek domestic courier) and then transferred to UPS Express.
Please note that the UPS tracking number becomes active the following day, once the parcel is scanned and registered in the UPS system.



CONSUMER OBLIGATIONS
The consumer is obliged to disclose his/her actual personal details and current address in case he/she chooses delivery at a place of his/her choice, to pay the price for the contract in the manner and at the time agreed.

In case of unjustified withdrawal by the consumer, the product must be returned in its original condition (excluding the necessary handling to determine the nature, function and characteristics of the product), in the packaging in which it was received and with all the documents (IAT, retail receipt, etc.) that accompanied it.


PROCEDURE FOR SELECTING PRODUCTS AND SENDING ORDERS VIA THE ONLINE SHOP.
In order to successfully complete an order through the online store www.vasilises.gr you must follow the following steps:
1. Creating a user account by providing your personal information as described in Article 1. or just as a visitor.
2. Product selection through the online store.
3. Selection and confirmation of shipping and payment method.
4. Information from the e-shop’s management system about the status of your order (order confirmation – order dispatch – order completion)

ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order (or part of it) please contact us at +30 6945 332 000 or by email at info@vasilises.gr to have your request processed.
ATTENTION: The cancellation of an order is possible up to the moment you are informed about the shipment of your order. After this point in time the cancellation of the order is not available. Refunds in case of cancellation of an order for any reason, in accordance with the above, are always made, but any bank charges are borne by the customer.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE SALES CONTRACT.
Customer satisfaction is one of the core values of our company. In any case, we advise you to check the products at the time of receipt. However, if there is any problem with your order, please call us directly at +30 6945 332 000  to settle the issue with the person in charge.

Users who make purchases through our online store have the right to withdraw*, without the obligation to justify this action, from the purchase within 14 days of receiving their order accompanied by the withdrawal form.

In any case, the products must be returned by the customer in exactly the same condition as received and the return costs will be charged.

FORCE MAJEURE: If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you (we or our partners-carriers) within the predetermined time, we will inform you by e-mail or by phone, in order to let us know if you wish, under these circumstances, to complete your order.


MODIFICATION OF THE CONDITIONS OF USE
Modification of the terms and conditions of the present: http: //vasilises.gr reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions.
The company undertakes to update this text for any change or addition to the terms.

APPLICABLE LAW
The applicable law governing the operation of http://vasilises.gr is the Greek law and the Greek Courts are competent for the resolution of any dispute.
