Deliveries within Greece

Domestic shipping costs start at €8.
Shipments are made Monday to Wednesday via ELTA Courier or KTEL Bus Service to ensure timely delivery.

Queens usually arrive within 1–3 days.
We take all necessary precautions to protect them from heat and transport stress.

The exact shipping date is always confirmed by us before dispatch.

Deliveries to EU Countries

International deliveries are handled by UPS Express.
Queens are shipped every Tuesday via Geniki Taxydromiki to the UPS hub, and the UPS tracking number becomes active on Wednesday once scanned.

Delivery usually takes 1–2 days, depending on the destination.
Customers are notified by email a few days before shipping.

Shipping costs:

  • 1 – 10 queens → €35

  • Each additional queen → + €1

If the system miscalculates the cost, we will inform you before invoicing.
Veterinary certificates are available upon request for an additional €80.

Live Arrival Guarantee

Queens are shipped as living, sensitive organisms.
We guarantee live arrival during the shipping period, except in July and August, or in cases of extreme weather, strikes, or courier delays.

In case of losses or dead arrival:

  • Please inform us within 24 hours and send clear photos.

  • Each case is reviewed individually.

  • Replacements apply only to the value of the queens, not to shipping costs.

Additional Information

We do not deliver to islands or locations without road access.
Shipments to Switzerland or the United Kingdom are possible at the customer’s own risk and may involve customs and health certificate fees.
